BME KJK | Department of Material Handling and Logistics System

Welcome

On behalf of the staff of the Department of Material Handling and Logistics Systems, welcome to our website!

Our department has a wide range of expertise. Our activities focus on value-adding processes and supply chains and the logistics systems of the companies that integrate them. Consequently, we are active in a number of areas of specialisation that are of particular importance for the global economic development of the country. At the same time, our activities are just as important for businesses, whether they are active in the industrial, commercial or service sectors. On our website, you will find specialised areas of logistics such as intralogistics, logistics networks and corporate operations management, but also service logistics, future logistics technologies (e.g. drones) and sustainability.

We have one of the most comprehensive professional backgrounds in logistics in Hungary. Our activities are based on three pillars: educating the logistics engineers of the future, shaping the future of logistics through our research, and providing engineering services to companies through our industrial projects.

We hope you enjoy browsing our website!
